Welcome to Da Maurizio, where the breathtaking panoramic view over the hills of Piedmont immediately reveals just what a special place this is. What makes us unique is our elevated location, which gives you a sense of ultimate freedom from the moment you arrive. Our estate is situated on the Manzotti, a hill near Castiglione Tinella, and offers views over the rolling, UNESCO-recognised vineyards and picturesque villages. Endless rows of vines stretch out before you as far as the eye can see. On clear days, you can see the majestic peaks of the Alps forming a spectacular backdrop on the horizon. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying the terrace of your apartment or lying on the grass, this living painting offers a deep sense of tranquillity that continues to inspire. You can camp with us in a tent, caravan or small campervan. You can stay in one of our fully equipped apartments or in our spacious double room with en-suite bathroom. After a day exploring the beautiful surroundings – visiting one of the many wineries, going on a fun Vespa or cycle ride, or visiting the picturesque villages in the area, such as Neive, Barolo and Barbaresco, or the major cities of Turin, Milan or Genoa – it’s wonderful to unwind by our swimming pool or in another lovely spot on our grounds. Da Maurizio offers a unique combination of camping, fully equipped apartments, a lovely double room, swimming and relaxation. All set on a hill with stunning views and, at night, a beautiful starry sky.
